
Olio Extravergine di Oliva
This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an excellent product from the farm of Valerio Zenato, which lies on a narrow belt of land on Lake Garda. It is produced with the local varieties. It has grown in this territory for hundreds of years, particularly Casaliva and Frantoio. Each hectare of land hosts ca. 400 olive trees. This is an easily digested and extremely flavourful olive oil. It is pleasantly fruity, soft and lightly spicy. Its using in cooking is endless. It’s recommended as dressing for the fragrance, aroma and flavour that it gives to food. It’s the secret for many healthy and imaginative recipes of Mediterranean cuisine which call for an outstanding quality olive oil.

Harvest
Starting on the first week of November . The picking of the olives is handmade.
Pressing system
This olive oil is obtained from the first cold pressing of the olives following the traditional oil-making-system with “granito” presses.
